Return & Refund Policy – Kiasha

At Kiasha, we take great care to ensure that every piece of jewelry reaches you in perfect condition.
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we only accept returns or refunds in the case of damaged or defective products.


1. Eligibility for Return / Refund

We offer returns or refunds only if:

  • The product received is damaged, broken, or defective.

  • A complete and clear unboxing video is provided as proof (mandatory).

  • You contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

Note: Products without an unboxing video will not be eligible for return or refund.


2. How to Request a Return / Refund

To initiate the process:

  1. Record a continuous unboxing video from the moment you open the package.

  2. Email us at kiashajewellery@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving your order.

  3. Include:

    • Your order number

    • The unboxing video

    • Clear images of the issue

    • A short description of the problem

Our team will review your request and respond within a reasonable timeframe.


3. Quality Check (QC) Process

Once your return request is approved:

  • The product will go through our Quality Check (QC) to verify the damage.

  • If the QC team confirms the defect, your refund will be processed.


4. Refund Timeline

  • Refunds are issued within 7–10 working days after the QC approval.

  • Refunds will be transferred to your original payment method.


5. Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:

  • Products that are not damaged or defective

  • Products returned without the required unboxing video

  • Requests made after 24 hours of delivery

  • Items that have been used or tampered with
