Standard delivery takes 3–7 working days depending on location.

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, returns and refunds are only accepted if the product is damaged or defective.

To be eligible:

You must email us at kiashajewellery@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery
A full unboxing video is mandatory as proof
After inspection (QC check), approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days

No return/refund is provided for:

Change of mind
No unboxing video
Delayed claims (after 24 hours)
Used/tampered items

7. Order Cancellation

Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped.
Once dispatched, orders cannot be canceled or modified.
